Small, Cheap Bathroom Remodel with Amazon

In this blog post I'll be showing all of the products I used to make our small bathroom something to be proud of. I'm pretty happy with myself considering I did everything but the plumbing and flooring for this makeover! As always, I have all of my Amazon affiliate links posted below that will take you straight to the products I used!
The first thing I did was remove the trim and take out the stained, yellow vinyl flooring with nothing but a box cutter and gloves. My husband, then fiancé, had no clue what he was walking into when he got home from work that day. He simply took one look at me sitting on the floor, laughed, then walked right back out.
After taking the floor out I realized that a few leaks had caused the subfloor to become squishy, so this project became a much bigger deal than I thought it would be.
After replacing pieces of subfloor and replacing the old, metal pipes, we laid new vinyl flooring (sadly the tile I picked out doesn't quite work in an old house that still likes to settle every now and then). After a year, this flooring has been great! Completely waterproof and durable.

Next we started to paint and hang wallpaper. I just chose a plain white paint from Valspar but after doing pasted wallpaper in my guest bedroom, I knew I didn't want the commitment in my bathroom. I chose peel and stick wallpaper and let me tell you, THIS STUFF IS MAGICAL. I take showers that make my bathroom steam up like a tropical rainforest and this stuff hasn't peeled or bubbled at all. It's the best.

After installing the toilet, we installed our new vanity and light fixtures. I cannot find the exact version of our vanity online anywhere because we got it for a major bargain. I will link the version that has doors instead of drawers below! We did change out the hardware to match our faucet. We got our light fixture for super cheap on a promo code I found online through Amazon. One thing about me: I will not buy it unless it's on sale. Our faucet did come from Lowe's, but I found the exact one to link below!

After finishing the majority stuff, I got to decorate everything the way I wanted. Decorating is always my most favorite part. I probably change it up 5 times a year in each room. I'll post the affiliate links to all of my stuff below!
