Since I'm cooped up in the house and not able to drag out my fall decor, I thought I'd share some of my photos from last October.

Fall is definitely one of my favorite seasons to decorate for and has been for quite some time. Because I live in the south, it doesn't quite feel like the seasons have changed until Halloween time hits. The weather has dropped below 80 in Tennessee this week which mean spooky season is in full swing around here.

Last year we thought our house would be completely remodeled by the end of October (if you have ever remodeled a house, you know it is a never ending process), so we thought it would be a good time to throw a Halloween party for all of our friends to showcase the "completed" remodel. You can tell by the pictures that it was obviously not completed, but they love us enough to not judge and we had it anyways!

Decorating my half-finished house seemed to make it a little more "homey" if that makes sense. I went a tad bit overboard and have plenty of leftover decor for years to come. I was snooping on Pinterest, I saw this ADORABLE man in the moon decoration and I knew the whole theme had to be vintage Halloween. As always, Amazon came in clutch with any and all of the vintage decor you could ever imagine. When everything we ordered came in, I went right to work and I don't think I stopped for three days. Even the dogs got in on the decorating by moving around every miniature pumpkin and hiding them in places that we wouldn't find until a few months later.🫣

I hope you excuse the half-finished mess that was our house at this time last year and find some Halloween décor inspiration with this post! I will have the link to everything listed below. Thanks for reading and have a happy Halloween!
